An Interesting Business Practice, Pulling A Porsche
BMW Totally Pulls A Porsche With M2 Performance Edition
Oh, hey, look: it’s the BMW M2. You’re aware of this car, yes? A rear-drive, two-door and 365-horsepower sporty thing for tracky stuff. You get nice creature comforts inside, but BMW is now pulling a Porsche and taking them away and then selling that simplified version of the car to you for more money.

Hopefully You Will Never Has To Use This Feature
Here's What Those Little Shapes On Car Bumpers Are For
That little plastic square hides a weld-nut, which is part of the bumper beam. The purpose of that weld nut is to provide a provision for a tow eye. Here’s a look at that weld nut in the bumper beam:
The tow eye cover simply pops out with a push of the finger:

And The Name For The Visual Effect Is . . . . .
Why Do Wheels Look Like They Rotate Backwards At A Certain Speed?
Sometimes, it looks as if a forward-moving wheel is stationary or even rotating backwards. So what causes this optical illusion?
(CarThrottle.com)
Sometimes, it looks as if a forward-moving wheel is stationary or even rotating backwards. So what causes this optical illusion?
This illusion is known as the ‘wagon wheel effect’ and it
all comes down to the function of the human eye and the way in which
our brain manages to interpret and process the images it is presented
with. The human eye is capable of operating at frame rates upwards of
200 frames per second (FPS) when processing light but things work
differently when it comes to detecting motion. Studies have shown that
the human visual system can detect changes in motion - like a wheel
spinning - up to only 13 FPS.
Although your eyes can detect frame rates higher than that, the brain can generally only compute and react to 10-15 images per second, although this figure can be increased with specific brain training and depending on which part of the eye is reporting back the information.

They See Me Rollin' - Nissan Skyline GTR Edition
Nissan Skyline Nismo 400R
Potentially the peak of the Skyline road car family, this
limited-edition GT-R completely reworked the R33 using inspiration from
the GT-R LM that had raced in the 1994 and 1995 Le Mans 24 Hours.
Swapping out the RB26DETT for the RB-X GT2 produced by tuning company
Reinik, displacement was increased to 2.8 litres due to boring and
stroking.
This made for 395bhp and 347lb ft of torque which was combined with carbon driveshafts and a carbonfibre rear wing making for the most extreme road-going Skyline yet. Considering the RB-X engine proved itself at Le Mans and Pikes Peak, the 400R has some solid motorsport DNA within it and as only 44 examples were ever produced, you’ll struggle to find one for much less than $85,000 (£68,000).

Uh, I Dunno About That Much Praise
The 2018 Lexus LC 500 Is Basically A Japanese Aston Martin
[W]hen Lexus wants to make a big dramatic statement, it unleashes a huge luxury coupe with a naturally aspirated V8 engine. Such is the 2018 Lexus LC 500[.]
[W]atch this One Take review from our friend Matt Farah at The Smoking Tire.
Matt’s down with it too, and he’s not just some joker off the street with no sense of taste. What does he say about it? While the legendary Lexus LFA was like a Japanese Ferrari 599, this is like a Japanese Aston Martin. It’s got dramatic styling, an interior worthy of a $100,000+ luxury car, a fantastic soundtrack from the V8, and some impressive tech to aid the driving experience, and surprisingly decent handling despite its two-ton weight, and an exclusivity that separates it from what Mercedes and BMW are slinging.

Thanks For The Memories Popeye's, You Had A Good Run
Burger King Just Bought Popeyes For $1.8 Billion

I Dunno About The World, But Yes To North America
Los Angeles named the most congested city in the world
It may be the City of Angels, but LA traffic is anything but heavenly. A new report named Los Angeles the most congested city in the world and not for the first time. In fact, LA has regularly made the top five for years now. The ranking is a surprise to no one who has ever tried to drive anywhere in the sprawling metropolis.
The study is an annual report released by INRIX called the Global Traffic Scorecard. INRIX is a company devoted to aggregating huge amounts traffic and driving data. The traffic data is useful to illustrate how much cities are growing and how they are handling that growth. The report is full of interesting tidbits. For instance; at 3.4 miles per hour, Dublin is the slowest city during congestion.
INRIX found that while the United State was fourth in over all traffic, the top ten most congested cities were largely American. Los Angeles, of course, tops the list. LA commuters spend and average of 104 hours a year staring at the bumper in front of them, a little over four full 24 hour days each year. Followed by New York in third place and San Francisco in fourth. Atlanta was eighth and Miami rounded up the list in the number 10 spot. Americans on a whole spend 42 hours a year in traffic. Cities outside the US that have legendary backups include Moscow at number two and the Columbian capitol of Bogotá at number five. Thailand was found to be the most congested country overall. Thais spend an average of 61 hours a year sitting in traffic.

This Is My Favorite From The List
These are the Five Rarest Porsches in the World
5) 911 turboS (964)
First up is this yellow devil. 86 were made in total. Developed by Porsche's Weissach racing department in 1992, the car is a lovely example of how racing is at the core of the Stuttgart marque. This 964 took a standard turbo and give it bigger injectors, a lightweight (read spartan) interior and more aggressive camshafts to give it 376hp and make it one of the fastest cars on the road at the time. Lowered suspension, a front strut brace and manual steering signified that this car was for serious Porsche fans only. The Speed Yellow colour was developed especially for this model. Might stick with BRG to be honest...

Did You Know - KBBQ Edition
How to Not Look Like an Idiot While Eating Korean BBQ
Bring a lot of friends (and cash)
"Korean barbecue is expensive," Hong says. "Meat prices are on the rise." Because KBBQ is a large-format meal that's all about eating as many different foods as possible, it helps to bring more people. Because the more friends you invite, the more food you get to order and try! It's kind of like a pyramid scheme, but you get a ton of grilled meat instead of money. And it also won't screw you over like a pyramid scheme! Hong recommends going with a group of at least four to six people and bringing cash! It's easier than splitting six credit cards.
Enjoy the banchan (and take advantage of the free refills)
"Banchan are side dishes that differ from restaurant to restaurant," Hong says. The servers will bring them out before the main course, but that doesn't mean they're an appetizer. They're meant to be sampled throughout the meal, as the dishes typically have acid and vinegar. You'll appreciate that when the acid cuts through all the rich meats soon to be on your plate.
And while you may not be able to identify some of the dishes (it's mostly different varieties of kimchee, pickles, eggplant, and other assorted veggies), just shovel that stuff into your mouth and trust that everything will be OK. Because it will! "Be adventurous!" Hong implores. "Try everything once! Nothing there is gonna hurt you." He sounds like a man who's never been hurt before. Hong's favorite banchan is the fermented kimchee, which he says pairs beautifully with hot meat off the grill. And if you finish that tiny portion, ask for more. They'll bring you out as much as you can handle, and it's free. There might not be free lunch in America, but there sure is free dinner.
Ask for a new grill if one isn't given to you
Servers at a Korean BBQ spot should swap out the grill for you, depending on whether you're cooking beef or pork. If the restaurant doesn't swap the specialty grills for the meats you're cooking, ask for a new one! Pork should be cooked on a plate grill. Beef needs a mesh grill. Some KBBQ spots will have charcoal under the mesh, and some will just have a burner. If you're lucky enough to get charcoal, all the delicious drippings (like fat and marinades) from the meat will hit the charcoal, which will envelop the beef with a flavor-filled smoke.

Did You Know - McDonald's Edition
9. The company came up with the McRib after it sold so many McNuggets that it caused an actual poultry shortage in the US.
10. And it invented the Filet-O-Fish after a franchise owner in a super Catholic town in Ohio realized that a lot of people gave up hamburgers for Lent. McDonald’s founder Ray Kroc initially wanted to replace the hamburger with a Hula Burger — a piece of pineapple covered with cheese — instead. EW.
29. The highest-calorie item on the menu is the 40-piece chicken McNuggets. They weigh in at 1,901 calories in total. Not that you’re gonna eat 40 chicken nuggets all by yourself…are you?

I Completely Agree
Comment Of The Day: If I See One More Person With Their DRLs On At Night I Will Drive This Car Into A Ditch So Help Me God
DRLs themselves have their own problems, as we found in this wonderful and enduring conversation that covered (click here to read the whole thread), among other things, how we can stop cars from lighting up their dashboards like your headlights are on while only the DRLs are on, or why we can’t just have our headlights on all the time, or why people cannot just learn how to drive my god how hard is this.

They See Me Rollin' - Subaru Edition
Subaru Impreza P1
The cooking versions of the first generation Impreza have a place within many of our hearts and potentially the greatest variation was fettled by Prodrive. Known as the P1 (Prodrive One), this limited-edition rally car for the road was strictly a UK model with only 1000 examples built. Choosing the WRX Type R STI chassis due to its stiffer coupe layout, the suspension setup was tweaked to deal with the quality of British roads and power was also increased to a healthy 276bhp.
Built during an era when two British drivers won WRC titles behind the wheel of Prodrive-built rally cars, the P1 is a true B-road hero and has begun to appreciate in value due to its ties with the motorsport world. It also showed that Prodrive could easily turn its hand to road car tinkering, opening the door to some serious interest from other aspirational/jealous manufacturers.
