Did You Know - Airlines Edition

If you are involuntarily bumped off a flight, airlines are required to pay you.

If you ask. 2x ticket price, up to $675, for 1-1:59 min hold over, and 4x ticket price, up to $1300, for anything over 2 hours hold over. DO NOT take their free meal or flight vouchers. They must pay upfront in cash if you ask for it.

You Know You Want One

Sitting in a 737 Jet Engine Chair Turns Anyone Into a Supervillain

The fact that Fallen Furniture doesn’t a list a price for this amazing creation—which features a polished aluminum swiveling base and an interior upholstered with black leather—is the least of your concerns. Even if you can afford one, you’ll then have to deal with the logistics of getting it into your office or home.

Because, and not surprisingly, Boeing didn’t take into consideration the size of your front door when ordering engines powerful enough to get a 737 off the ground. You can always knock down a wall, or just build a new home around the chair. Supervillains can do whatever they want, right?

Too Bad This Won't Spread Worldwide

This Bikini Airline Has Spawned Vietnam's First Female Billionaire

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most lucrative.

Meet Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, a mega-successful Vietnamese entrepreneur who is set to become one of the world's richest people, thanks to her brilliant idea of staffing an airline with bikini-clad babes.

Thao, who made her first million at 21 trading fax machines and latex rubber, started really raking it in when she replaced VietJet Air's flight attendants with ai wearing ridiculously sexy outfits.

The company, Vietnam's only privately-owned airline, is about to go public boosting the 45-year-old Thao's fortune to $1.37 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
