These Are Fun To Drive

For $17,500, Could This 1987 Mercedes 190 Cosworth 2.3 16v Be a Cos You Could Get Behind?

Here we have a 1987 Mercedes Benz 190 Cosworth 2.3 16v. Now, there are just a few venerated names connected with engines that simply make my little arm-hairs stand up to attention.

Here in America we got a slightly detuned edition of the Cosworth M102, with a lower compression ratio and only 165-bhp on tap. Still, it came with a dogleg five-speed just like the racers used so zoom zoom muthafuka, right?

That's A Good One

Bob, a 70-year-old, extremely wealthy widower, shows up at the County Club with a breathtakingly beautiful and very sexy 25-year-old blonde-haired woman. With her youthful sex appeal and charm, she hangs on to Bob’s arm and listens intently to his every word. His buddies at the club are all aghast.

At the very first chance, they corner him and ask, “Bob, how’d you get the trophy girlfriend?” Bob replies, “Girlfriend? She’s my wife!” They are surprised but continue to ask—“So, how’d you persuade her to marry you?”

“I lied about my age,” Bob replies.

“What…did you tell her you were only 50”, they asked.

Bob smiles and says, “No, I told her I was 95.”

Happy 50th Birthday, AMG!

AMG just turned 50: Here's what the next 50 may bring

Mercedes performance brand's director explains expansion, from line-built engines to the Hypercar.

AMG - a car tuner company founded by (and named for) Hans Werner Aufrecht and Erhard Melcher, and for Aufrecht's German hometown of Großaspach. AMG just celebrated its 50th birthday.

The company made a big splash early on in 1971 with its 6.8-liter "Red Pig" Mercedes-Benz S-Class-based racecar, which won its class at Spa and placed second overall. Their "Hammer" E-Class of the mid-1980s was the fastest sedan on the market and could smoke contemporary Corvettes and Countaches. And the bored-out 12-cylinder AMGs of the Aughties created outrageously effortless cruising in S, CL, and SL classes.

But AMG's modern cars put all of these achievements to shame. Today's AMGs demonstrate remarkable enhancements in potency and performance - the one-off "Red Pig" racecar made 420 horsepower; the company will soon routinely build self-driving station wagons that produce in excess of 600 hp and rocket to 60 mph in just over 3 seconds. And as a wholly owned go-fast subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz, they're enthusiastically spreading driving pleasure across the Mercedes product line. There are now over 40 separate AMG models.

I Completely Agree With These Points

5 WAYS THAT MEN ARE BECOMING LITTLE BITCHES

2. We’re Leading Jealous, Envious, Lazy Lives.

Those lazy bastards we saw in the occupy Wall Street movement didn’t understand that it is not their right to get what someone else has worked for, but it’s their obligation to work for everything they’re capable of getting.

Success isn’t something that is nice to achieve. Success is something you must be for wasting what potential you have is a sin against your God, your parents, and the men who’ve died for years protecting the pursuit that you somehow feel you have the right not to engage in.

But what about taxes? Would a man who has a lot wanting to pay more taxes not be out of goodness and kindness and is this not more manly?

No, and for a number of reasons.

For one, the taxes we pay are largely wasted. A governing body who spends the money that others have earned cannot help but spend that money frivolously. If you have money and you want to do real good in your society, you’d best do it through the right charity, or by putting that money back into the free market and creating more jobs.

Second, increasing taxes isn’t helping your fellow man, we’ve already noted that more help exists in charity or giving to your church or creating more jobs. Increasing taxes is telling another man what he should do with his money, and this is incredibly weak.

5. We’re Becoming Hyper-Sensitive.

PC is rooted in weakness. It’s weakness because it’s a hypersensitivity that creates more division than it does bring people together.

We have different skin colors and cultures and backgrounds. We have different shapes and sizes. These things are important to notice and identify as our lineage makes us feel connected and a part of something. But, scientifically speaking, we have only a single race.

There isn’t a group that needs a helping hand, nor another that needs to be punished. It’s political correctness, however, that forces us to see how we’re different, be it by sex or race, and to rush to judgement when someone is comfortable with our differences, even joking around about our various cultures and creeds.

Political correctness is the weak brainchild of the pussified male. It’s what will destroy him as other cultures give a rat’s ass about political correctness. We can’t call a terrorist a radical Islamist even though he follows the religion. It’s in this weakness and ignorance that we don’t allow a religion to reform. Christianity needed reformation, as does Islam, yet it’s political correctness that refused to see this reality and by the numbers, it’s Muslims to are being slaughtered far more than any other group as a result.

Buying A Truck Is Such A Risky Investment

15 Used Pickup Trucks You Should Avoid At All Cost

Chevrolet Colorado
  • Years: 2004-2005, 2008, 2015
  • First two model years (2004 and 2005) were plagued by numerous problems including AC heater that only works on high or not working at all, engine start failure and check engine light that’s constantly on, water leaking into the cab, rusted frame, etc. 2008 year model has had its share of similar issues, but there’s the addition of fried electrical system and faulty radiator which contributed to engine’s abnormal heating. Finally, 2015 Chevy Colorado is experiencing numerous transmission problems including sluggish shifting or even failure to downshift properly. There’s the random engine stall issue too, so you might want to skip 2015 Colorado altogether.
Chevrolet Silverado
  • Years: 2000-2008, 2014-2015
  • 2007 Chevy Silverado is probably the one you’d want to avoid, especially if it has the 5.3L V8. Apart from guzzling fuel, that one also guzzles oil. Owners have reported they had to pour up to quart or two of oil over every 1,000 miles or so. And that hasn’t changed for 2008 as well.Newer 2014 and 2015 Silverados have all kinds of issues of their own. Poor paint that’s peeling off and A/C that doesn’t work are only some of them. Shaky and noisy suspension, and automatic transmission that fails to work properly from day one are more serious issues.
Nissan Frontier
  • Years: 2005-2008
  • 2005 through 2008 Frontiers are pickup trucks with some of the most consistent transmission issues we’ve ever seen. And it’s not the tranny itself that’s dodgy. It’s the radiator design flaw that causes the problem. To be more precise, radiator is prone to cracking after which the coolant would find its way into transmission. Needless to say, antifreeze and transmission fluid mixture causes irreversible damage. So, there’s one great mid-size pickup if transmission replacements are your favorite activity.
