It's highly limited production, and really expensive 

Hot Wheels has been celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and a part of the celebration was a re-release of 5 of the original 16 cars. They were packaged in replica original packaging with Spectraflame paint and redline tires. But Hot Wheels has an even more impressive replica for the diehards: a replica of the store display from 1968 with all 16 cars.

The display is extremely limited in availability, though. Only 1,500 will be made, and they'll be offered to Hot Wheels Redline Club members first starting on November 6. Then, 36 hours later, people with Hot Wheels Collectors accounts will be able to purchase any that haven't been sold. The displays are expensive, too. The retail price is $499.99.

Yesterday, the company launched Hasbro Gaming Crate, a $49.99 quarterly subscription service exclusively for board games.

As the first subscription service of its kind, Hasbro Gaming Crate will let the company test out unique game ideas in order to get early customer feedback.

This means Hasbro gets an upper hand in game innovation and we get more games. Sounds like a win-win.

We love the GT3 RS Lego kit, but we think it's a little lonely as the only Porsche kit available. Such an impressive Porsche deserves an impressive companion, like this 911 Turbo. It's the 930 version, which is arguably the most famous classic 911 with its turbocharged power, whale-tail wing, and scary driving dynamics thanks to considerable turbo lag and rear-engine handling characteristics. This model is quite large at 1:10 scale, and comes with a detailed interior and exterior. The best part is the remote-control components underneath that allow the car to be driven.

This Is The Only Way I Can Afford These Cars

Just over a month ago, we got a look at one of the latest Lego Speed Champions sets when Ford revealed the GT and GT40 kit. Now we get to see the rest of the lineup, and it's chock full of F1 and supercar goodness. The official Lego images show that the Bugatti Chiron, Mercedes-AMG GT3, Ferrari FXX K, and F1 cars from Ferrari and Mercedes all made the cut.

Each set gets some unique features and most include interchangeable wheel covers. The Chiron comes with some tiny cones suitable for desk slaloms and the Mercedes-AMG GT3 gets an alternate nose. The FXX K comes has the most impressive selection of accessories, though, as it includes a dyno and engine run stand.
